About Business Relations
“Business Relations” Concept
The Business Relations training courses are based on distinguishing three key components necessary for efficient performance: knowledge, practical know-how and attitudes
Employees with a grasp of professional knowledge and tools mastered during education or actual working process are able to show a quality performance. But being a “professional” does not always imply the constant desire to be fully stretched at work, to achieve new highs, nor does it encompass the knowledge of effective team work.
How is it possible to manage employees and improve their commitment?
Efficiency of an employee depends on his or her work attitude which in turn is based on motivation. The problem is the difference between declared and actual motivation, often not realized by the employee, whereas an employer should know for sure which factors govern the staff in order to not only be able to retain employees in the company, but also receive high levels of productivity.
Inter-colleagues relationships, relationships between management and subordinates form a system of engagement and interaction which is either effective or ineffective. Confrontation groups, disunity, disrespect and inattentiveness, frequent conflicts between colleagues hinder the company’s development. At the same time a harmonious team is a basis and guarantee for the success of any project. Destructive relationships neutralize the synergy of teamwork result, which is why relationships between team members directly affect the company’s performance.
Both company’s efficiency and individual performance are highly dependent on an employee attitude towards the company, clients and partners.

COACHING
Coaching is a professional relationship between two individuals (the coach and the client) that assists one individual (the client) in achieving personal and/or professional goals in an accelerated manner. By nature, it is very similar to athletic coaching — the coach supports the client in manifesting his/her highest potential and in attaining agreed-upon goals. Coaches are hired to assist someone in a very wide range of goals: changing jobs, creating relationships, clarifying a vision, improving communication skills, or how to realize a dream, grow a small business, climb the corporate ladder, resolve an inter-personal conflict etc.
A coach encourages, confronts, challenges, questions, and above all, consistently honors, respects, and unconditionally supports a client in growing and achieving his/her goals. The coaching relationship is a transformational process that inevitably results in growth for the client.

Vladimir Gerasichev
Business Trainer, President
Born on November 7, 1967 to a family of journalist students of the Leningrad State University. In 1976 Vladimir's father went to the USA on a business trip; the family moved to the States as well. During the next four years until the end of 1980 the Gerasichevs lived in New York City. After returning to the Soviet Union Vladimir Gerasichev finished comprehensive school and then did military service for two years.
In 1988 he enrolled in the journalism faculty of the Moscow State University. At the same time Vladimir became an entrepreneur by founding, together with his course mates, SIM information agency. He also started to publish a magazine named "Put' K Sebe", dedicated to different ways of human abilities development. After a short time the subscription circulation rose from 10,000 to 75,000 issues with the total circulation reaching 150,000.
Later on Vladimir founded “Put’ K Sebe” centre to organize workshops and meetings with various philosophy system followers, psychologists, yogis, people who used different techniques to realize full human potential. At the time the centre gave one of the first business trainings in Russia - David Ninan’s training "Business and You", which was highly successful in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.
Later on “Put’ K Sebe” organized workshops by legendary Englishman Alexander Everett, one of the founders of the system of training aimed at development of human abilities.
In 1990 a famous follower of Alexander Everett, Werner Erhard, paid a visit to Moscow.
Since then Vladimir Gerasichev has been involved in organizing, interpreting, and participating in various trainings based on scientific work by Alexander Everett and his students. The proficiency in English allowed Vladimir to take trainings from English native speakers.
In 1996 Vladimir Gerasichev, together with a number of like-minded people, founded a training company named Otkritiy Forum. The company not only had its office in Moscow, but also owned branches in Saint-Petersburg, Perm, Ekaterinburg, Volgograd, Minsk. Trainings by Otkritiy Forum were also available in Riga, Odessa and Tyumen. In the year 2002 the company first launched its programmes for corporate clients.
In 2007 Vladimir Gerasichev and Oleg Sinyakin, who was employed in the FMCG business development field and worked for large multinationals, founded a company named Business Relations to give highly effective corporate trainings and provide coaching for top managers in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and regions.
Now records of successes of Vladimir Gerasichev's students can be found in the most respected business sources, such as Forbes, Vedomosti, Finans.
Achievements of Vladimir Gerasichev were appraised by letters of appreciation from Russian Ministry of Education.
Vladimir Gerasichev is happily married with a son and a douther, and and has an older son from his first mariage.
Ivan Maurakh
Business Trainer
Ivan was born in India in 1960. The Maurakhs lived in Bombay where Ivan's father M.A. Maurakh, then a professor of the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys, participated in UNIDO program aimed at stimulation of industry growth in Third World countries.
Soon after Ivans birth, the family returned to the Soviet Union. Later prof. M.A. Maurakh continued his work for the UN, which is why Ivan first went to school in New York City, then went to secondary school in Vienna and received his school-leaving certificate in Moscow.
Ivan Maurakh graduated from the Moscow State University, faculty of mechanics and mathematics, with a degree in air mechanics. After completing 3-year post-degree studies he spent another three years teaching in the same faculty.
At the same time Ivan Maurakh took part in a set of transformational trainings available for the first time in Russia, run by followers of a well-known British educationalist Alexander Everett.
As a volunteer he participated in organizing various trainings and workshops, which were given by U.S. business trainers and motivational speakers. The demand for this sort of programs was substantially higher than supply. It became obvious that there was a strong need for coaches to run workshops in Russia on a permanent basis. Ivan Maurakh became the first foreign candidate to receive an invitation and complete internship and education in this field in the USA. In 1992 he turned down a job offer to work in America. After completing the internship he came back to Russia and launched into a career as a coach and trainer.
Since 1999 Ivan Maurakh worked as a coach for Open Forum. In 2007 Maurakh became one of the leading trainers in Business Relations.
Ivan has two children - son Jan and daughter Jana. Jan graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute and currently works as an IT-analyst for C-net Channel. Jana was a student of the Moscow State University of Printing Arts and works as a graphic artist. Ivan's wife Elena is an advertising director at the publishing house Independent Media Sanoma Press Magazines.
Ivan's hobbies include traveling, music, gardening, knitting, bowling, mountaineering, rafting and skiing.
Arsen Ryabukha
Business Trainer
Born on April 30, 1972 in Perm. Graduated from the Perm State Technical University with a degree in electrical engineering. After graduating he worked in the specialty for one of the Perm-based telecomm companies.
In the year 2000 Arsen Ryabukha participated in a set of trainings given in Perm by a company called Otkritiy Forum. Significant positive changes in his personal and professional life were soon to come after the training. He had establiished himself on an a different professional level and was hired by the largest tele communication company in Perm.
The effectiveness of the training Arsen participated in had a huge effect on him - he was now eager to organize similar workshops for friends and colleagues. He started active volunteering for Otkritiy Forum. In 2001 Otkritiy Forum offered Ryabukha to complete a coach training course, which turned out to be a milestone in his career and his life in general. After the internship was completed in 2003, Arsen Ryabukha became a full-time member of Otkritiy Forum staff.
Since 2007 he has been leading corporate trainings solely as a Business Relations coach. Arsen Ryabukha worked with Mirax Service of MIRAX GROUP corporation, Perspektiva construction company, PO MPFSS OAO Uralsvyzinform, ZAO Istochnikstroy, TNK-BP and many others.
Arsen Ryabukha is happily married with two sons, Arsen jr and Artem.
Irina Moskovkina

A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics of Perm State University. After graduating from university, worked in avtoholdinge Machine yard, as Director of Economics. In 2003. accepted the offer from BR to pursue the development of open and corporate training programs. Is executive director of Business Relations.
Conducted training in Russia and abroad. Specializes in training to improve the efficiency and the development of personal qualities of staff, as well as programs for crisis management. Conducts programs for managers (middle) «productive relationship" and specialists (specialists) «as professionals.
Conducted training for employees of companies Mirax Group, for management of the hotel staff Sun Gate Port Royal (Turkey), Nespresso, Gradient, etc.
In 2007. participated as a speaker at conferences «SHL», «Human Resource Management (Moscow)," Management development in the company "(N. Novgorod). Shared technology achievement and master classes in the pages of the magazine "Business Week". She teaches workshops in Russian schools MBA.
